Community Organizations Active in Disaster (COAD) –
Agricultural Producer Survey
Attention Taos County farmers, ranchers, hunters and producers! We are reaching out to you to better understand 1) Your needs in scaling up or maintaining production during this time of crisis and 2) how to support community food security by linking producers (you!) with those in need. Please take and share this survey with anyone you know who may be interested. Together, we will support a healthy, resilient food system during COVID-19 and beyond.

Taos Land Trust Equipment Leasing Program
We are excited to announce the launch of our new equipment leasing program. Thanks to support from several community-minded Taoseños we are now able to lease a no-till seeder and a crimper to people growing food in our community. In an effort to nourish community agriculture, food sovereignty and food security, the Taos Land Trust offers our equipment program at a sliding scale fee for use. We ask that all members of our community who are able to pay full use price do so, in an effort to support those who lack capital access. We accept donations for this program, here (please include a note that your donation is for this program). Each donation helps bring down the cost of the program, for all.
To register for this program and to get more information please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Are you in need of seed? New Mexico Acequia Association is asking all farmers in need of seed to fill out this short survey, as they have heard that some small farmers are having trouble accessing seed. If enough responses are received they will place a bulk order. Please fill out this survey by midnight on Wednesday, April 29th (tomorrow!)
